I've had some experience with Madgicx in the past, and let me tell you, it really helped us boost our advertising efforts. I faced a few hiccups along the way, but the support crew was absolutely amazing at sorting out my issues. The company keeps rolling out updates and aims to provide users with top-notch experiences. I'm really pleased to have utilized this platform.

This service is totally useless and way too complicated to figure out. I got hit with an unauthorized charge. I signed up back in early 2022 but quit after just three months. Out of the blue, they charged me again in November, and now they’re ignoring my request for a refund. Watch out!

They’ve got decent service and the crew is pretty helpful, but that doesn’t mean much when the service fails to deliver and ends up costing my business a ton of cash plus the initial investment. I spent a lot of time trying out different strategies with them, but never saw any real results compared to what I was spending on ads. My company actually lost 15k since we started using them, and there was a clear technical blunder with Madgicx posting blank default Facebook ads (which was super embarrassing and left me vulnerable to trolls), yet they won’t take responsibility. Make sure to do your homework before signing up with companies that promise online campaign marketing, or you might end up like I did. Don’t count on getting a refund; if you try, you probably won’t.

There are plenty of fresh features, and honestly, a few can be quite daunting. On the flip side, you might encounter some glitches during beta testing or when new features roll out, but that’s not a big deal if the software can manage your ad budget on its own.

Over the course of the 7-day trial, Sherwin was a big help with the setup, making sure the FB pixel and events were properly configured on the landing page for the best data collection in Madgicx.

I'm currently enjoying their 15-day free trial, and let me tell ya, their support crew treats me like I'm a VIP who dropped a fortune 😂 They're super responsive. Plus, the app is packed with amazing features that are hard to overlook. What a fantastic company!

The service is just plain awful; they really hide behind their terms and conditions and provide minimal help when issues arise. In our situation, a Facebook bug that was acknowledged by Facebook wasted our money, and they even attempted to charge me to investigate it.

You should steer clear of this place—there are more affordable options out there that provide much friendlier assistance without all this sneaky, anti-consumer nonsense that Madgicx likes to pull!
